Position Summary
The Contracts and Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring contract compliance, performing comprehensive contract reviews, and supporting the management of iParametrics’ expansive contract portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on federal, state, and local government contracting.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, solicitations, and related documents to identify risks, obligations, and compliance requirements.
    • Assess contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies, legal standards, and operational capabilities.
    • Provide recommendations and proposed revisions to contracts to mitigate risks and enhance clarity.
  • Contract Administration:
    • Draft, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including prime contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements.
    • Track key milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates to ensure contract obligations are met.
    • Maintain organized records of executed contracts and related documentation in contract management systems.
  • Compliance Management:
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to all Federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with corporate policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws.
    • Develop and update internal processes to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders detailing contract compliance, review findings, and identified risks.
    • Analyze contract terms to assess potential impacts on project delivery, financial performance, and risk exposure.
    • Support bid and proposal teams by reviewing RFPs for compliance with applicable rules and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders (clients, partners, government agencies) to resolve contract-related issues.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Operations, and Finance, to support contract execution and compliance.
    • Assist with training staff on contract review processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
 

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or JD preferred but not required.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in contracts review, administration, or compliance, preferably in government contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and state/local procurement regulations.
  • Experience with contract management systems or software tools.
Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in evaluating contract language and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
