JOB TITLE: Facilities Solutions Manager – MEP – Data Center
LOCATION: Montgomery, Alabama
iParametrics is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager on behalf of our client for MEP and Data Center projects. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing technical solutions to enhance facility management processes, operations, and maintenance across critical facility environments, including data centers, hospitals, and airports.JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Solutions Manager will lead and manage technical solutions for facility operations, working closely with experts to optimize building systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include directing project teams, troubleshooting processes, and documenting solutions for complex facility operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement facility management solutions for complex projects.
- Oversee and guide team members in project planning, problem-solving, and documentation.
- Conduct technical research and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze project data, risks, and opportunities to enhance program performance.
- Utilize software tools to improve production, accuracy, and quality of deliverables.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and financial data relevant to facility operations.
- Direct Solutions Associate(s) workload and ensure compliance with company standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in professional services, construction, maintenance, or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Cloud, and facilities management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client presentations.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize facility processes.
- Ability to work in a mobile and collaborative environment and lead high-performance teams.
- Working knowledge of critical facility environments, such as data centers, hospitals, or airports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Construction Management
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
As a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is salary, $90,000-105,000, based on experience, background, and skills.ABOUT IPARAMETRICS
